Each December we take about 45 children shopping at our local Target store. Every child is given $125 and a shopping cart so they can pick out clothing that they need and toys that they want. We also provide breakfast for each family that attends. Target also provides a girls and boys bike that we raffle off. The Shop with a Cop/Firefighter program is an amazing program that we have been doing for many years and it’s a great way for the children to get to know their local police officers and firefighters in a non-traditional role.
